ROLE DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive team player to join us as a Retail Operations & Customer Service Associate.

🕒 This is a part-time role (20–25 hrs/week) to start, ideally growing into a full-time position within 3-6 months.

🌱 This is an associate-level opportunity: perfect for someone talented but early in their career, who’s eager to grow and gain hands-on experience in retail operations, customer service, and the styling/fashion tech space.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, providing excellent service to our partners, and helping us scale efficiently. Every day will be different, fast-paced, and filled with learning opportunities.

  • Be the first point of contact for our stylists and retail partners, delivering friendly, timely, and solutions-oriented support

  • Fulfill and manage orders from start to finish, including coordination with stylists and retail partners

  • Data entry with a focus on accuracy of pricing, costs and order information

  • Help troubleshoot platform issues for users and collaborate with the tech team on testing and new features

  • Create, refine and manage internal process documentation, operational workflows, and stylist-facing resources

  • Assist with sales and operational reporting, in coordination with our accounting team

  • Support onboarding, training and account management for new Stylists & Retail Partners using the Garmentier platform

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

  • High proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, filters, formatting), and/or ability to learn this quickly

  • Interest in personal styling, fashion, retail, or e-commerce/store operations

  • Familiarity with Canva, Airtable, Zoom, Slack, Shortcut, HubSpot, and similar tools

Bonus Points for:

  • Background in data entry and/or customer service/support

  • Familiarity with Social Media tools
